As the EMEA Board Governance, Vice President at BlackRock, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our board, ensuring flawless execution and coordination. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and make a significant impact on our organization's decision-making processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and organize board meetings, including preparing meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
- Act as a liaison between board members and senior management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct research and analysis to support board discussions and decision-making processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of governance policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain board records and confidential information.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in board governance or a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior executives.
