- Bianca Romao-Willis- Recruiter Our client is one of the world’s largest asset management houses headquartered in America. Due to continued company growth and success, they are recruiting a Vice President - Portfolio Management on a permanent basis to join their rapidly growing Luxembourg team.

Working in an international environment with exposure to a variety of alternative asset classes, the** Vice President - Portfolio Management **will take responsibility for the following:

- Overseeing portfolio activities in collaboration with the Investment Advisor particularly on deal sourcing and pipeline development.
- Reviewing Investment Recommendations.
- Organising investment committees and reviewing investments and strategies.
- Overseeing the investment managers’ portfolio management activities in case of delegation.
- Performing due diligence on the investment managers, advisors and delegates.
- Managing investor allocations and commitments.
- Investment funding-related activities.
- Monitoring investments’ compliance in accordance with relevant Luxembourg regulations and AIF documentation.
- Reporting duties for the Board.

The **Vice President - Portfolio Management **will meet the following criteria:

- Holds a university degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics or similar fields.
- 5- 10 years’ experience in an AIFM environment.
- Experience working in accordance with Luxembourg's financial regulatory framework and AIF fund structures.
- High proficiency in Excel.
