This is a great job for someone who has experience in Asset Management or at a Financial Services service provider.
A bit about the job:
The Distribution and Branch Oversight Manager oversees the activities performed by branches of Aviva Investors Luxembourg, ensuring they are consistent with the regulatory Licence & scope of capabilities in respective of Asset & Portfolio Management and Distribution activities. The successful role holder will support the business in aligning its current products/distribution channels with the current business strategy. Your main responsibilities will be to develop the GFS Branch oversight model considering all regulatory developments (MIFID & CSSF Circular), whilst maintaining the standard operating model for all of AI’s global regulated fund businesses. You will need to conduct regular reviews of the Branches and agree and monitor KPI’s on an ongoing basis for both the Distribution and Investment activities within the Branch network. Alongside this you will need to ensure appropriate risk assessments are performed for AI Lux Branches whilst ensuring that any financial crime alerts are identified and dealt with appropriately.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Sound procedural, technical and product knowledge.
- Experience of managing a team
- Fluency in English with other languages a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship management skills.
