**About the role**
Fantastic opportunity to join privately owned fund service company as a Senior Trust Administrator and work in a team dedicated to Hedge Funds. You will be responsible for the day to administration of a portfolio of client entities and you will actively participate in board meetings of client companies. You will be the first point of contact for junior team members and have a chance to coach and train them, including delegating work and reviewing their results.
**Key responsibilities**
- Actively support the incorporation and liquidation process of funds.
- Organisation of Board meetings for the client companies.
- Interact (or liaise directly) with notaries, external counsels, other advisors, and internal teams.
- Communication with clients, tax advisors, lawyers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions and internal teams.
**Your Profile**
- Degree educated - preferably in business/corporate field.
- Excellent communication skills and a good team player.
- Able to multitask and be client focus.
- You have fluent spoken and written English.
