**Senior Accountant / Administrator (M/F)**:
Collaboration is key to how we work and we are looking for a Senior Accountant to add depth to the finance and corporate support that we provide to our clients, ensuring excellent client service and efficiencies in every area.
**Key Responsibilities**
We work collaboratively with our global colleagues, providing a seamless service from an interactive, innovative work place. Working closely with the team leader, you will oversee a team of administrators delivering a range of corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and entities, managing the more complex requirements of a large clients' affairs, working closely with the director and other managers in the team to maintain and grow client relationships.
**Additional responsibilities include**:
- Managing a portfolio of clients composed by Luxembourg investment vehicles including real estate and private equity SPVs, Securitization Vehicles, SCSP and Holding companies;
- Working as part of a team to achieve and meet client needs;
- Reviewing all day-to-day bookkeeping activities for our clients;
- Preparing the annual accounts and interim financial statements in Luxembourg Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Lux GAAP) and in International Financial Reporting Standards;
- Preparing VAT and Tax returns;
- Drafting and management of corporate documents, correspondence and administrative forms;
- Liaising with clients and third parties;
- Sharing your experience acquired in the past as well as excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong personal character to help your team perform and grow;
- Acting as a central point of contact for your clients, identifying and anticipating possible problem areas, accurately measuring potential risks, and offering suitable solutions to the client, satisfying their overall needs.
**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual with an excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong personal character to help the team to perform and grow
Strong French and English skills are essential (verbal and written) and knowledge of German is beneficial.
