We specialise in providing payment technologies that enable platforms to process funds easily and automatically at scale. Description du poste

Attached to the Compliance department of the company, your missions will be as follows:

- Daily point of contact and escalation point for the onboarding team
- Responsible for continuous training within the team
- Writing and maintaining operational procedures
- Review of prospect activity as well as second level validation
- Presentation of more complex (sensitive) prospects to management
- Monitoring of the business relationship on the basis of a renewal schedule for KYC documentation and analysis of the activity of the customers of the base
- Ongoing due dilligence
- Interaction with the other teams of the company (mainly the sales team in charge of supporting customer onboarding),
- Follow-up of agent and distributor declarations to the regulator (CSSF)
- Be the point of contact for issues related to onboarding and report critical points to the compliance officer and management,
- Participation in various projects related to the function.

**Qualifications**:

- You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- You are recognized and appreciated for your sense of organization, availability, and autonomy
- You are precise with a critical mind and a willingness to learn and continually update your knowledge
- Auditor experience will be a real advantage for the function
- You speak English fluently, any other language would be an asset
