In order to support the continuous growth of our company, we are recruiting an agent for our Onboarding Team - the role will be based in Berlin Germany or Luxembourg.
As a member of the Company's Compliance team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the onboarding of customers, alone or in conjunction with other team members,
- Continuous due diligence during the Client lifecycle
- Follow and comply with internal procedures,
- Ensure appropriate treatment of compliance alerts, escalating when required to the manager/supervisor,
- Interaction with other company areas or departments (mostly: customer support, but also legal and finance)
**Qualifications**:
You should join us if:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Luxembourg market
- You are organised, and able to assess files in line with internal procedures and local regulations
- You are a team player
- You have an excellent command of English. Knowledge of French, German or an other european language is a strong plus
