**Le profil recherché**:
Nous recherchons une personne dynamique, capable de converser couramment en Français et en Anglais.
Ce poste est ouvert aux profils juniors ayant déjà eu une expérience en tant que Business Analyst et maîtrisant les outils SAP / ERP.
**Vos missions seront**:
1) Le déploiement et la maintenance des systèmes d'information
Assurer / contribuer sur l’ensemble des processus de déploiement de certains outils informatiques, en relation avec les prestataires et les équipes internes
**Assurer / contribuer à**: l’analyse des besoins des filiales, aux paramétrages des outils, à la maintenance des données, au support, formation et coaching des utilisateurs pour des projets variés au sein du Groupe
Être un des interlocuteurs privilégiés pour la mise en place des rapports / indicateurs de données et autres outils d’aide décisionnelle (Business Intelligence)
2) La gestion des projets, documentation et veille technologique
Suivre les méthodologies de gestion de projet et documenter les étapes clés des projets en gestion
Contribuer à la documentation des processus IT de l’entreprise et au partage des connaissances IT en interne
Contribuer avec l’équipe IT aux démarches de veille technologique : s’informer sur le marché IT et ses évolutions en lien avec les processus et les objectifs du Group et partager ses analyses avec l’équipe
3) La gestion des Licences et de L'infrastructure
Assurer la gestion des licences pour les outils en gestion
Suivre avec les prestataires et les équipes internes la mise en place de l’infrastructure nécessaire au bon fonctionnement des outils
Contribuer dans la gestion du parc informatique (PC, téléphonie ) en relation avec les prestataires et les équipes internes
**Les compétences techniques**:
Maitrise des outils informatiques (ERP) et MS Office (notamment Excel)
Connaissance élémentaire des Systèmes d’Information (Software et Hardware)
Notions sur la gestion des projets
Notions sur les processus de l’entreprise (supply chain, finance etc.)
