**About the Role**:
For our **Ferrero Headquarters **we are currently looking for a** Ice Cream Strategist **to join our **Marketing Strategist Ice Cream** Team.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Covering this position, you will support the Ice Cream brand portfolio’s strategy definition in collaboration with the Ice Cream Business team. In relation, you will work in ensuring consistency of brand portfolio evolution with the overall defined strategy while working in close collaboration with the Ice Cream Marketing team in North America (NAM).
You will lead the medium to long-term development projects and Ice Cream innovation pipeline in North America. Moreover, together with the NAM Ice Cream Marketing team, you will actively be involved in the development of advertising campaigns of the current "operational" development managed locally.
In this role you will contribute to the definition, lead, and development of the innovation pipeline for North America in all marketing mix levers coordinating with the local R&Ds, the Consumer Shopper Understanding team, Operations and Finance. Through qualitative and quantitative research, you will work on consumer and shopper in the US market to guide the innovation marketing strategy.
You will lead the validation funnel of the mix of various projects with the consumer up to the green light for the launch, and in addition, investment approvals. Moreover, you will contribute to the definition of business potential both in a short, as well as in a long term.
**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your **degree in Marketing **and other related fields, and** 6-8 years of experience in Marketing as a marketing or marketing & innovation expert in FMCG companies and Brand Marketing environments.**
Having acquired **knowledge in R&D and consumer understanding, **will contribute to your understanding and success in the role.
You have a** strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, a sharp marketing mindset and a consumer-driven approach** developed in a **multi-market multicultural environment**.
You are a **great project manager,** and you are well known for your **dynamism, flexibility, proactiveness **with the **ability to perform effectively in high-pressure and uncertain situations within strict deadlines.**
You are a person **genuinely curious** with a **lateral thinking and influencing skills **while you are **result driven.**
You are** fluent in English **and have **strong presentation skills** being **effective **in the** way you communicate**. Moreover, you have **strong knowledge in MS Office.**
Last but not least, you are **available to travel often**, and you are** interested in international career development.**
