**About the Role**:
we are looking for a curious, open, and proactive MARKETING STRATEGIST for FULFIL, who will be part of the Marketing Strategy Better For You Team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Strategist Better For You.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**BRAND MANAGEMENT **In this role you will support the definition of the Brand Image, Positioning and Big Idea, develop a 360° Global marketing mix. You will support the strategy for geographical rollouts and entrance in new markets as well you will support brand management (e.g. legal matters, nutrition, sustainability, quality monitoring and improvement). You will run regular market/business performance analysis to assess effectiveness of initiatives and impact on the business metrics (sell in, sell out,) and brand KPIs (awareness, penetration,) and country-specific deep-dives to highlight phenomena and consumer trends.
**PRODUCT INNOVATION / RENOVATION** You will support the new product development interacting with R&D functions to get from idea to new products. You will lead the consumer validation funnel, planning, briefing and setting up the research field activities (Qualitative and Quantitative) and you will deeply analyze research results, to identify and propose opportunities of marketing mix fine-tuning.
You will be responsible for special projects regarding the assigned brand portfolio, you will support the maintenance and renovation of Product-Range strategy, portfolio management (complexity), including CU (and TU base).
You will create Packaging Designs or ADV briefs for agencies, participating in the evaluation of the works to select the winning ones and finally ensuring the completion of the activities and you will coordinate the activities carried out by external suppliers (mockups, artworks, shooting, etc.).
**STRATEGIC PLANNING AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT **In this role you will support: the recommendation of the brand strategic guidelines and long-term development; the definition of the BFY Long-Term Strategy for the Group and the long-term potential for innovation projects partnering with other functions (e.g. Finance and Operations) to identify their financial and industrial feasibility
**Who we are looking for**:
You have more than 5 years of experience in Marketing (or related field), strong expertise of FMCG and Brand Marketing environment. You have a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, a sharp marketing mindset and a consumer-driven approach, better if developed in a multi-markets multicultural environment.
You are a great project manager, you see yourself as dynamic, flexible, proactive and able to perform effectively in high-pressure situations within strict deadlines.
You have genuine curiosity, lateral thinking, strong communication and influencing skills and you are result driven.
