**About the Role**:
**Ferrero Group Headquarters** is looking for an outstanding profile to join the **Global Strategy & Innovation Team **as a **Marketing Strategist for Kinder and American Snacks** (i.e. Butterfinger, Crunch US, BabyRuth, 100 Grand) reporting to the Senior Marketing Strategist.

In this role you can actively contribute to the** development of the medium and long-term product innovations** to secure the future success of Ferrero Global Brands.

The main scope is to coordinate the development of the Brands’ Innovation Pipeline NPD in cooperation and alignment with Global Presidencies, and to support the definition of the Brands’ Innovation Guidelines.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Covering this position, you will be actively involved in the whole innovation journey to bring new products to life

You will support the Senior Strategist Kinder and Snacks to define the business potential and key geographies using consumer insights, market data and competitive analysis.

In addition, you will provide support to highlight positioning and key product features that will guide and inspire the full marketing-mix development, in consistency with the Brands DNA and right to win in the new segments.

Furthermore, you will contribute to the coordination and alignment with Global Presidencies in defining the Consumer Research funnel and key milestones (e.g. industrial solution and P&L sustainability), as well as the marketing mix, to drive the Innovation projects to a successful delivery in the Markets.

Your contribution to the presentation of NPD projects during relevant internal meetings to Top Management will be significant.

Overall, you will actively support the definition of the Innovation Strategy that will guide the future development of some of Ferrero’s most historical Brands

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your **degree in Marketing, Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent **and** 6-8 years of work experience in Marketing and New Product Development, in FMCG and Brand Marketing** environments. Your previous experiences in Strategic Marketing will contribute in meeting this role’s objectives.

You are **passionate about Love Brands **like Kinder, and you want to contribute to the definition of a** consumer-driven marketing strategy** to drive Brands’ success worldwide.

To do so, you always **look for the big picture** as you develop a systemic view driven by your **strong orientation to details,** and among your strengths you have developed an exceptional product sensitivity and the attitude **to drive consumer insights and marketing principles into actionable plans**.

You are a great** team player,** and your **strong project management skills** together with your **problem-solving attitude **will be a key enabler for success to deal with the level of complexity associated to NPD in Food Industry.

You are a person with a **strong drive for results, good influencing skills** and **ability to work effectively and flexibly in high-pressure contexts.**
