**About the Role**:
At **Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg**, we’re seeking a forward-thinking** Marketing Strategist t**o join our dynamic **Marketing Strategy Biscuits and Bakery team**, who will report directly to the Fine Biscuits Senior Marketing & Innovation Projects lead.

The purpose of the role includes the management of the global long-term category portfolio of many sweet biscuits' brands, with a wide focus on both premium specialties and mainstream biscuit offerings, present in different geographies.

**Main Responsibilities**:
This role involves the enhancement of global brand strategies, the creation of refined brand positioning from both a global and local perspective with a short, medium, and long-term outlook, and spearheading innovation development.

You will collaborate with Ferrero’s internal business intelligence, gaining a deep understanding of consumer and shopper behavior through regular tracking of strategic KPIs. This will enable you to develop a robust understanding of category dynamics from a global perspective, through detailed sell-out market analysis of key geographies.

As the Marketing Strategist of the category, you will work with internal and external research partners to conduct qualitative and quantitative market and consumer research, taking full ownership of the process from brief creation to insightful interpretation of results, providing recommendations for innovation.

You will be at the forefront of product innovation development and the restaging of existing brands, working across the full marketing mix: from the development of new recipes (in collaboration with internal laboratories) to the creation of new packaging designs and the development of compelling brand positioning.

Moreover, your focus will be on identifying trends relevant to the category, along with recognizing the strategic potential for existing brands and seeking “white space” opportunities in the market.

You will be accountable for the development of communication strategies that align with the brand positioning and their implementation at the local level, also participating in the definition of media strategy. You will lead internal and external design agencies in the creation of creative assets required for executing brand visual identity or new advertisements.

**Who we are looking for**:
You hold a **Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field **and have accumulated** 5-7 years of pertinent experience in Marketing or associated fields (FMCG)**. You have **experience with global Brand Strategies and innovation**, and have developed **strong analytical skills, consumer sensitivity, and project management experience**s within the** innovation development process**. Previous experience with **consumer research projects** would be beneficial.

You are capable of **managing and prioritizing multiple projects** within set timelines and have **experience working with syndicated databases** (i.e., IRI, AC Nielsen) for **data trend analysis**. Exposure to **P&L management **would help you meet your role's objectives. You have cultivated a **strong business acumen**, with a robust ability to** transform data into insights and recommendations.**
