Notre Client, un cabinet d’avocat anglais en plein développement, recherche son « office coordinator » pour ses locaux luxembourgeois.
**Description du rôle**:
Vous serez moteur de la vie du bureau luxembourgeois (accueil, événements internes, gestion des fournitures, contact avec les prestataire externes ) et apporterez un véritable support RH (environnement, hygiène et sécurité ).
**Votre profil**:
Vous bénéficiez de 2 à 5 ans d’expérience similaire dans un cabinet d’avocats, en Big4 ou en hôtellerie. Vous aimez aider, avez le contact facile et appréciez les responsabilités variées.
