As an **Account Manager** at Sopra Steria, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client retention by fostering and strengthening relationships. You’ll understand their individual needs, provide them tailored IT solutions and coordinate with internal teams to deliver the excellent service clients expect from Sopra Steria. Staying informed of industry trends, managing timelines, and answering client issues using confident communication and technical knowledge will be your day-to-day job as an Account Manager. You’re mindful of opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while building long term partnerships for community-wide digital transformation and business success.

- IT & Consulting Services sales,
- Presales and the preparation of successful tenders,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Ability to write complex documents and deliver persuasive presentations.
