We have a great job opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Allied Moving Services Team in Luxembourg

**Role Overview**

As an Account Manager, you initialize and manage relationships with customers. You serve as their point of contact and lead from initial outreach through the making of the final purchase. You participate in the rate requests that we receive from agents within and outside our organization. You are responsible for communicating the benefits of our products/services to drive sales. The Account Manager serves as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and has a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to our services.

**Responsibilities**
- Present, promote, and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market’s potential
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, and interests for new services
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Manage customers from survey to final booking
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost topline revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability

**Education/Experience**
- Proven work experience in our industry
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €3,000.00 - €5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Moving Services: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- French and English (required)
