**_ Operational Risk Manager_**_ - Your Role :_**
As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for **managing and overseeing operational risk** in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. You will work closely with a team of **20 people** and be involved in diversified funds, including real estate (RE), debt, microfinance, hospitality, and renewable energy. You will be the reference point for all risk-related processes within the company, ensuring proper management and compliance with local and European regulations.
**_ Operational Risk Manager_**_ - Your Profile:_**
- ** At least 3 years** of experience in risk management, specifically in **RE funds, debt, microfinance, hospitality, or renewable energy.**:
- In-depth knowledge of risk management processes and regulations.
- Expertise in operational risk management within a financial environment.
- Proficiency in **German and English** (bilingual).
- Team spirit and the ability to work in an international environment, with a mainly German-speaking and English-speaking culture.
