**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development and implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework, demonstrating proactive involvement in its construction and enhancement.
- Possess expertise in the valuation of Debt products, particularly focusing on illiquid debt.
- Demonstrate experience or a keen interest in ESG (Environment, Social, Governance), a progressively significant aspect in the financial landscape.
- Flexibility to contribute to other risk activities, including Investment Risk and Valuation, ensuring optimal utilization of working hours.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Operational Risk Manager within the financial services sector, preferably in Management Companies or AIFMs.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, especially “DORA,” and the ability to implement Operational Risk Management practices for ICT/IT.
- Strong understanding of the valuation processes, with a focus on illiquid debt products.
- Knowledge or interest in ESG, showcasing a forward-thinking approach to risk management.
- Fluent in English; German language proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Openness to training and collaboration in various risk activities beyond Operational Risk.
