**Who are we looking for?**
Carne is on the look out for an enthusiastic Administration professional to join our Luxembourg office as a receptionist / Administrative Assistant. This is an exciting people facing role and an opportunity to join a growing company.
**What are the minimum requirements for the role?**
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant role in a corporate environment
- Fluency in English and French
- Proficient with Microsoft Office package
**What is your role and responsibilities?**
- Greeting and assisting clients, visitors and staff.
- Make sure colleagues who have arranged meetings with clients are informed as soon as their client arrives.
- Ensure clients have a pleasant experience when visiting Carne
- Answering incoming calls, redirecting calls and taking messages.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post. Ensure the Workplace Assistant arranges for post to be logged, stamped and distributed accordingly.
- Organising couriers & taxis.
- Arrange set up of meeting rooms and clear up afterwards, order tea / coffee for visitors. These tasks are usually the responsibility of the Workplace Assistant, and the Receptionist should help when required and provide direction.
- Ensure reception is tidy, and make sure cleaning resources perform their duties.
- Support two senior Executives based in the Luxembourg office with administration to include diary management, filing & general PA services.
- Managing meeting room calendars and meeting room booking system
- Ensure that the reception is covered during peak times, or when an important meeting is due to start or finish (flexible lunch hour to be availed of)
- Assist Office & Workplace Experience Manager with ordering general office supplies when required.

- Exceptionally strong ownership and "can-do" attitude with a customer service oriented and operational mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced expanding and changing work environment
