Responsibilities:

- **Management Assistant**: Calendar management, meeting, conference and event coordination, finance support, travel arrangements, logistics, assist in the preparation of presentation materials and reports.
- ** Accounting**: Daily bookkeeping, suppliers payments management, cash flow management and support in various accounting tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- ** Day-to-day Office Management**: Assist with general office duties, negotiate & manage contracts with local suppliers, handle incoming and outgoing communication, maintain, and update confidential records and files, manage inventory and office equipment, contribute to a positive and professional office environment.
- Proven experience in a similar role in Big4 or Asset Manager
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of any other language is considered as an asset
