**About the Role**:
For our Ferrero Headquarter we are currently looking for a **KPS Operations Development Specialist **who will work in the **Global Operations Surprises Development **department. He/she will support the process and strategy development.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Project management**
- Undertake specific analysis and projects to support Hub Local Operations and central functions management (marketing, R&D, Controlling, Operations).
- Defines volume allocation to the different Industrial hubs, based on technologies, production capacity and specific constraints, optimizing industrial / supply cost variables.
- Collaborate with Local Hubs for defining/improving KPS production models.
- Support Finance and Supply Chain in order to integrate industrial simulation into PLM platform.
**Process management**
- Support the development of KPS Operations management processes to deliver the KPS Operations Global KPIs.
- Develop/Improve best practices and share them using training and qualification materials.
- Support departments on Innovation process setting a new way of working.
**Who we are looking for**:
**Profile**
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Economics;
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Planning or Costing roles related to Operations or Supply Chain in FMCG or Consultancy;
- Good analytical skills, proactiveness and problem solving attitude;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people of different roles/functions/levels;
- Strong Project Management &Organization skills.
**IT Skills**
- Proficient use of MS office (Excel, Power Point);
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
**Languages**
- Fluent English is mandatory;
- Any other language is considered a plus.
