**Business Development Specialist **to strengthen its BD team.
Using proven sales skills, you will work closely with our BD manager on go-to market initiatives and with our
leaders on the management of their accounts.

As a
**Business Development Specialist **, you will:
- Oversee account operations and strategic activities by creating and executing the sector based sales strategy, and working collectively with marketing to provide a seamless go-to-market strategy
- Act as an important link between Markets and the account teams, by working closely with its leadership to help address clients' most important challenges
- Support account teams by handling account management activities, leading meetings, providing research, developing action plans and driving accountability, keeping up with relevant market/industry/company intel, helping with new innovative approaches
- Leverage our CRM system to track progress of growth efforts, provide real-time analytics to leaders, and report on results
- Display positive attitude while exhibiting commitment to firm protocols and priorities
- Lead and contribute to special projects as needed
- 3 - 5 years of experience working in a client-facing environment (experience in a Big4 environment would be an asset)
- Attention to details and Problem-solving skills are key
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to provide effective support to a variety of teams
- Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
- Excellent relationship development and persuasive skills-at all levels of the organization
- Strong project and people management skills
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills
