At the vibrant heart of our scale-up, the Operations (Ops) Team is dedicated to equipping all of Salonkee's departments with the tools and processes they need to excel in their missions. We design and build customised solutions that enable everyone to focus on what truly matters. Our mission is to enhance efficiency and scalability in Salonkee's operations, supporting the company's rapid growth seamlessly.

As an Ops Specialist, under the guidance of the COO, you'll interact daily with every department, significantly impacting the day-to-day activities of Salonkeeners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management & Execution**:
You will play a key role in executing multiple projects from start to finish. This includes understanding project requirements, assisting in the design and building of technical solutions, contributing to deployment, and providing ongoing support to the team.

**Low Code / No Code Development**: You will dive into project development using no-code/low-code tools, including Make or n8n, demonstrating your willingness to tackle challenges hands-on.

**Examples of past initiatives you might have led**:

- Integrating HR, recruitment, and CRM systems via low-code tools to create a unified talent management dashboard.
- Developing a comprehensive inventory management system for monitoring all payment terminals rented to clients.
- Launching an internal ticketing system to streamline sales and support communication.
- Implementing dashboards to track sales team performance.
- Engineering CRM-based automations to improve the tracking of our customer journey.
- Developing a sophisticated system for identifying duplicate CRM entries using fuzzy logic and LLMs.

**Job Requirements**:

- You possess a degree from a business or engineering school.
- You are proficient with APIs & SQL requests, and have experience with no-code and low-code platforms (Make, Airtable, n8n,...), along with a good understanding of JavaScript.
- You are a constant learner with a strong drive for independently acquiring technical skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- You are comfortable with numbers and business data, capable of drawing insights to optimize processes.
- Your English proficiency is top-notch.

Any previous experience in an Ops role or project management within a technology company or a rapidly growing scale-up is considered an asset.
