- In pair with the Office Manager, you have a general oversight of the office, including answering main office phone line and sorting out incoming mails.
- You perform a variety of administrative support tasks that are confidential and sensitive to support the Executive and the team.
- You take care of travel arrangements, and deal with external suppliers when required.
- You are involved in internal projects.
- You have relevant experience assisting or running an office for an Asset Manager or investment Funds.
- You have strong communication skills (written and verbal) as well as telephone and listening skills
- You are well organised, approachable, discreet and able to work with documents of a confidential nature
- You have a High school diploma
- You speak fluent English & French
