**Mitarbeiter Backoffice & Rechnungswesen [m/w/d]**

SWIO ist unsere innovative Lademanagement-Lösung für Elektrofahrzeuge. Das Rundum-Sorglos-Paket für unsere Kunden beinhaltet Hardware und Installation, Abwicklung mit dem Stromversorger und um alles drumherum - inklusive Handling der Abrechnung.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Erstellung und Pflege von Rechnungen für SWIO-Installationen (B2C & B2B)
- Anlegen und Verwalten von Ladekarten im SWIO-Backend
- Koordination des Rechnungswesens und der Auszahlungen an Backend-Kunden
- Terminplanung für Privatkunden
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanrufe und E-Mails der Infoline
- Administrative Unterstützung beim Ausbau unseres Ladenetzwerks (z.B. Vertragsablage oder Anfragen an Netzbetreiber)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der zentralen Buchhaltung als direkter Ansprechpartner
- Stockpflege und Erfassung von Bestellungen für Ladestationen

**Dein Profil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene bürokaufmännische Ausbildung, mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung
- Eigenständige, organisierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du bringst dich aktiv in die Optimierung von Prozessen ein und findest pragmatische Lösungen
- Kommunikationsstärke gepaart mit einer positiven Ausstrahlung
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Service-Mentalität
- Teamplayer
- Sicherer Umgang mit der MS-Office Produktfamilie
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics Business Central von Vorteil

**Employé Backoffice & facturation [M/F/d]**

SWIO est notre solution innovante de gestion de la charge pour les véhicules électriques. Le package "sans souci" pour nos clients comprend le matériel et l'installation, le traitement avec le fournisseur d'électricité et tout ce qui va avec - y compris la gestion de la facturation.

**Vos tâches**
- Création et gestion des factures pour les installations SWIO (B2C & B2B)
- Enregistrement et gestion des cartes de recharge dans le back-end SWIO
- Coordination de la comptabilité et des paiements aux clients du back-end
- Planification des rendez-vous pour les clients particuliers
- Soutien administratif à l'expansion de notre réseau de recharge (p.ex. : archivage des contrats ou demandes aux opérateurs de réseau)
- Collaboration étroite avec la comptabilité centrale en tant qu'interlocuteur direct
- Gestion des stocks et enregistrement des commandes de bornes de recharge

**Ton Profil**
- Tu as achevé une formation professionnelle commerciale/administrative
- Tu travailles de façon indépendante, attentive et orientée vers le client
- Tu as de bonnes capacités d'organisation
- Tu participes activement à l’optimisation des processus et trouves des solutions pragmatiques.
- Tu aimes le travail en équipe et avez un bon sens de communication
- Forte orientation client et esprit de service
- Tu as de bonnes connaissances du Pack MS-Office
- Des connaissances avec Microsoft Dynamics Business Central son considérées comme un avantage
- Très bonne connaissance de l’allemand et du français
- La connaissance du luxembourgeois et de l’anglais est considérée comme un atout.
