**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage and monitor all legal and corporate aspects of the company.
- Advise and assist in setting up new fund structures as well as modifying existing structures.
- Responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contract drafts and corporate policies.
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities and other external advisors.
- Lead and develop a team of legal and corporate staff.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- A degree in Law or a related qualification.
- 4 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in, central administration, fund management or a related financial sector.
- Solid knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework.
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
