Our client, a well-reputed and fast-growing Full Financial Services company, with an important focus on international corporate structuring : their clients include well-known international private equity investors, established groups in the retail, media, health, telecommunications and other service sectors, as well as a number of manufacturing industries.
- This growing structure is now looking for its next Corporate & Legal Counsel in order to reinforce their strong Legal and Corporate department : 30 people with legal assistant, corporate officers, legal counsels and chief legal.
In position, you responsible for Managing autonomously your own portfolio of non-regulated Luxembourg investment vehicles ; Preparing board and shareholders´ meetings ; Drafting board meeting minutes and other relevant legal documents ; Following-up on client requests and taking part in client meetings ; Providing ongoing legal services to your client portfolio ; Liaising with notaries and international law firms ; Participating in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6).
You have an academic background in Finance, Law or Administration with a minimum of 4 years' experience in Luxembourg as Corporate Officer / Legal Officer. You are able to work in English, both German and French are real strong assets
- Motivated about challenge, you are also proactive, organized, dedicated and able to work efficiently.
