Their extensive experience enables them to promptly provide their clients with both Luxembourgish and international structures in order to maximize the value and effectiveness of their business. Main services are provided to client's enterprises in Luxembourg from incorporation through to the end of the entities life cycle and they are always keen to provide our clients with solution-oriented, flexible assistance. To reinforce their Legal department, I'm looking for a Senior Legal Officer / Legal Counsel profile.
**Your Responsibilities as Senior Legal Officer**:
- Management of your own portfolio of Soparfis in the areas of mainly real estate and private equity
- Ongoing day-to-day legal support for your client portfolio from incoperation to liquidation
- Ensuring an in-depth knowledge of your client files
- Preparing and conducting board and shareholders´ meetings
- Liaising closely with notaries and international law firms
- Staying informed about legal and regulatory developments in Luxembourg
- Participate in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6)
**Your Profile**:
- You hold an university degree in Law
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Legal Officer / Counsel or in a similar role
- You have a sound knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
- You have the ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to our clients
- You always take a solution oriented approach to resolving problems
- You have the capacity and affinity to work in an international and teamwork -orientated environment
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken, German and/or French will be an asset
