This is a great job for someone who has detailed knowledge of the Luxembourg corporate law and who has experience in the Fund Industry with an asset manager or law firm in Luxembourg.
A bit about the job:
The Senior Manager is responsible to undertake the following activities in relation to the Luxembourg Management Company and associated investment funds:
- Lead and manage a team of lawyers specializing in real estate and alternative investment solutions funds and their sub-funds (mainly alternative investment funds)- Provide legal support and advice in relation to the funds, ensuring appropriate support to product development and management.- Responsible for Company Secretary and corporate records of the funds.- Monitor applicable regulatory changes and provide effective proposals to address such changes.- Act as primary liaison with internal and external legal counsels, regulators, service providers and senior internal groups on legal related issues.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Detailed knowledge of AIFMD/RAIF rules (as applicable)- Detailed knowledge of corporate secretary- An overview of the legal practices in different countries- Fluent written and spoken English any additional language is an asset, in particular French or German- Must have initiative to constantly improve processes
