**Job Description**:
Our client, a leading AIFM with a diverse portfolio, seeks a Delegate Oversight Manager.
The team is relatively new, enabling you to use your knowledge and experience to add value to the business. The team encourages collaboration and provides opportunities to take on additional challenges. They seek people who wish to develop themselves, are proactive and solution orientated.
This role in the Delegate Oversight team will primarily be responsible for the oversight of the delegated activities and reporting.
Key tasks will include:
- Building relationships with service providers and manage their operational delivery
- As part of the new oversight team, implement new processes and drive enhancement of existing procedures
- Budget and fee control
- Take ownership of due diligence co-ordination (depositary)
- Enhancement of processes surrounding portfolio reconciliation and pre-deal information
- Completion of regulatory and Financial Reporting
- Tax Compliance and responsibility for co-ordinating the Statutory Audit
- 4+ years of experience working for an asset manager or audit firm dealing with alternative investment funds (AIFs)
- Knowledge of relative AIFM regulatory reporting requirements
- Team player with resourceful mind set
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required
