Our client is an American investment management company with a global presence. Due to continued growth in Europe, they are now seeking a **TA Oversight Manager **to join their high-performing team in Luxembourg on a permanent basis.
The **TA Oversight Manager **will take responsibility for the following duties:
- Overseeing the performance of Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)
- Oversee and manage the relationship with internal delegates
- Managing key internal client relationships
- Support and guidance for regulatory, developmental, and other business critical projects
- Performing first level of interrogation and identification of issues which require escalation to Conducting Officer
- Daily management of the TA oversight team
- Managing regulatory and product developments or changes, ensuring TPAs adherence to regulatory standards and service levels
- Manage the oversight of internal delegates: ensure local procedures are in place, support in decision making and escalate exceptions to the Conducting Officer
- Active participation in industry forums to ensure the company play a leading role in future industry developments
- Monitoring overall performance against targets, incidents/breaches of regulations, standards and deadlines and significant complaints to ensure remedial action is taken as required to ensure future compliance
- Responsible for ensuring the team holds the required product and regulatory knowledge to fulfil the roles and for ensuring adequate training, performance management, succession planning and recruitment
The** TA Oversight Manager **will meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience leading and managing of teams (with particular emphasis of managing TA and/or Oversight functions)
- Transfer Agency background or experience working in a TA role within an investment management company
- Experience of managing Service Providers and TPAs
- In depth knowledge of UCITS, SICAV & QIF/FCP & ETF regulations
- An understanding of both the key similarities and differences between the Cross Border and UK (EMEA) functions and regulations governing this
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
