The opportunity to join us as an intern is one that is unique, challenging and rewarding. We are currently looking for world-class talent to join our internship programme running from September for 6 months in our Luxembourg office within our COO business.

The COO is the engine that powers and enables the Investments Vector. It has unparalleled expertise, innovative ideas and dynamic ways of working. It invests in the future, takes individual and collective responsibility, maximise collaboration and is proud to deliver a world class client service.
From day one, you will play an active role is helping to drive forward the ambitions of the business, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
You will have the opportunity to understand the frameworks of management companies to oversee the quality of services provided by third party administrators (which are responsible for keeping the accounting records of the funds and calculation NAVs) and the registrar and transfer agents (which are responsible for keeping the register of shareholders and processing transactions of those shares). The tasks will include:
- Assist in reviewing and analysing the KPIs received from TPAs.
- Assist in preparing the reports to Conducting Officers/ Fund Boards and ManCo Board.
- Attend monthly meetings with delegates as needed.
- Assist in coordinating the due diligences on delegates.
- Support day-to-day controls on delegated activities and ad-hoc projects.

As well as on the job learning, you will have access to a wide range of e-learning courses and complete a development programme over 6 months that includes training, networking and gaining exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.
