Internship Opportunity - Marketing & Operations Assistant

Location: Luxembourg | Start Date: Flexible | Contract: Internship
Languages: French & English (Luxembourgish is a plus)

We are currently looking for a motivated Marketing & Operations Intern to join our team in Luxembourg. This internship is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Your Responsibilities
Marketing & Communication
- Assist in creating engaging content for Luxfactory's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Support in building marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Monitor social media trends and propose new ideas to enhance visibility and engagement
- Help update and maintain the company website and newsletter content
- Conduct light market research or benchmarking
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings

Operational & Administrative Support
- Contribute to day-to-day administrative tasks (scheduling, documentation, internal communication)
- Help maintain internal tools and databases
- Assist in client-facing tasks when needed (e.g. preparing presentations or documents)

Your Profile
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field)
You speak French and English fluently - Luxembourgish is a strong plus
You’re proactive, creative, organized, and eager to learn
You’re comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft 365, Canva, social media platforms, etc.)
You have excellent communication and writing skills
