**The company**:
Botanicalz Supply is a Luxembourg based company active in the legal cannabis products sector. We are building a team for the distribution of our products in Europe, so we are always looking for talent to join us. Currently, we are looking for someone very thorough to come and rub shoulders with the operations, quality and logistics aspects.
**The challenge**:
- First of all, you will have to become aware and familiar with the market of legal CBD and cannabinoid products.
- You will be able to participate in the preparation of products, orders and customer follow-ups.
- You will have to get involved and progressively take ownership of the organisation and coordination of incoming flows, for example by touching on: the procurement of raw materials and supplies; the coordination and follow-up of activities and third-party partners; the quality control and documentary compliance of incoming materials in the supply chain.
- You will also be responsible for the outgoing flows, ensuring, among other things: stock management; management of the order book; management of order preparation and dispatch.
- You will try to optimise all processes related to these flows. Ideally, you will also try to optimise their costs.
- You will need to gradually learn about the regulatory aspects of the products, and the documentation and quality standards that we put in place to comply with them.
- You will also be required to perform a variety of tasks to ensure that operations run smoothly.
**Prerequisite**:
- You are willing to take on challenges.
- You are considering a career in logistics and supply chain, start-ups and/or the legal cannabis market.
- You are autonomous, practical and a team player.
- You are able to communicate and express yourself in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
- You have a professional command of several European languages, ideally French and English.
- You have studied in the fields of logistics / supply chain management, operations management or quality control.
- Bonus: you have a driving licence.
