Présente au Luxembourg depuis plus de 100 ans, la Banque de Luxembourg est un acteur financier incontournable de la place au service de clients privés, de clients de type entreprises ou institutionnels. Au sein du département juridique, l'équipe « Legal - Assets & Markets » accompagne au quotidien les Métiers en relation avec l'ensemble de la clientèle, et plus particulièrement les clients institutionnels du secteur financier et de la gestion d'actifs.
L'équipe « Legal - Assets & Markets » apporte particulièrement son expertise juridique sur les fonctions de banque dépositaire et sur les instruments financiers dans lesquels les clients investissent (titres, fonds d'investissement, produits dérivés et structurés, private equity).
Elle intervient plus généralement pour donner tout conseil juridique à chaque étape du cycle de vie de ces instruments: émission, distribution, souscription, exécution, livraison, conservation, opérations sur titres jusqu'à la liquidation.
Pour poursuivre le développement de l'équipe, nous cherchons un.e juriste H/F Legal Advisor, dans le domaine de la banque dépositaire de fonds d'investissements et les titres avec, idéalement, une expérience en marchés de capitaux.
Vous assurez notamment les missions suivantes:
- Traiter toute problématique juridique en lien avec la fonction de banque dépositaire, notamment pour les fonds d'investissement et les autres services et opérations fournis par la Banque en lien avec les instruments financiers ;
- Prendre en charge la documentation juridique standard ou sur-mesure, principalement rédigée en anglais, pour les services fournis par la Banque en lien avec les instruments financiers ;
- Se tenir à jour des évolutions règlementaires sur les sujets qui relèvent du périmètre de l'équipe (UCITS, AIFM, MiFID, EMIR, SFTR, CSDR) et appliquer ces règlementations dans nos contrats, processus et pratiques ou ceux de nos Métiers ;
- Mener des analyses d'impacts, rédiger des prises de positions à destination des différentes instances ou comités internes, projets ou groupes de travail dans lesquels l'équipe « Legal - Assets & Markets » est partie prenante ;
- Se positionner en tant que partenaire juridique auprès de nos interlocuteurs dans les métiers : Asset Servicing, Financial Markets, Operations et Private Equity, en contribuant au développement commercial de la Banque.
**Profil**:
Votre profil
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master (Bac+5) en droit, idéalement avec spécialisation en droit bancaire et financier.
- Vous avez au minimum 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle au sein d'un établissement financier dans une fonction similaire, d'une société de gestion ou d'un cabinet d'avocats spécialisé en la matière.
- Vous connaissez l'environnement bancaire et financier et souhaitez vous développer plus particulièrement en droit des fonds d'investissement et en droit des instruments financiers. Des connaissances en droit des marchés de capitaux constituent un atout ;
- Vous travaillez et rédigez aisément en anglais et français. L'allemand et le luxembourgeois sont les bienvenus en complément.
- Vous êtes doté.e d'un esprit analytique et d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles ;
- Vous aimez aborder une grande variété de sujets et les approfondir afin de pouvoir formuler un avis éclairé.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et êtes à l'aise dans l'échange et le partage de vos connaissances acquises avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
