**CORPORATE LEGAL ADVISOR (SICAV)**

**In-house role - Asset Management**

Working with this prestigious investment management firm, you will work closely with an international team of experienced legal advisors and support them with the corporate administration of their global entities and assets.

**Your Responsibilities**

Working closely with one of the legal advisors dedicated to corporate governance, you will be dedicated to the management of a portfolio of SICAV based in Luxembourg.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- The management of the corporate life of those SICAV through merges, liquidations and launches together with the international team based in various countries.
- The corporate administration of those entities: preparing board meetings, drafting the minutes,
- The oversight of the contracts linked to those SICAV.
- Legal support and advisory services to internal and external clients.
- Take an active part in regulatory monitoring.

**Your Profile**
- Legal degree completed with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with an asset manager or a law firm.
- Excellent knowledge of the Luxembourg law and corporate governance.
- Able to draft and speak in French and English (both languages are required).
- Team player, you are recognized for your communication and organization skills.
