Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for an:
**HR Compensations & Benefits Officer (f/m)**

**Fixed-term contract of 9 months**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the calculation of salaries within the framework of the Collective Work Bank Agreement
- Control the time management tool (DSK)
- Handle all the administrative tasks concerning our employees (sickness, annual leave, homeworking,)
- Contribute to the regular review and implementation of the benefits program (car leasing, insurance, pension plans, etc..)
- Prepare monthly and yearly reports related to compensation and benefits matters
- Be responsible for ensuring compliance with social security and local law and regulations

Must Have Requirements
- BAC+3 in Human Resources/Accounting/Finance or any relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits or Payroll Officer in **Luxembourg**:

- Current knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Good knowledge of legislation relevant to payroll
- Comfortable with common HR practices and processes
- Oustanding written and oral communication skills in French, any other language is considered an asset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to adapt fast in a new environment
