Your role as an IT Contract Management Agent will be to oversee the Group IT Contract Management Process, ensuring the implementation and follow-up of the adequate analytical structure and KPI. You will advise and support Group IT in contract management purposes, providing ad-hoc reporting to line managers on a regular basis regarding contract management. Additionally, you will continually improve the Group IT Contract Management Process and realize all tasks to support the Group IT closing process, including Timesheet controlling and reporting. You will also assist the responsible of the service with the reporting process of the department and estimate monthly the Group IT OPEX forecast in collaboration with Controlling. Furthermore, you will oversee and continuously improve the IT Budget process, the IT RFP process, and the IT Supplier process.
Your Profile- You hold a BTS degree in IT, Finance or equivalent.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have an analytical mindset and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French. The knowledge of German and/or Luxemburgish will be considered as an advantage.
