Senior Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facility Operations Manager to lead our facility management team in Luxembourg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our premises, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and managing vendor relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the facility management team to ensure smooth operation of our facilities.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of our premises, including coordination with vendors and contractors.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of quality.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Fluency in English (French is also required), with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and proficiency in using data analysis tools.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits that include:
