Your New Challenge

You will be responsible for acquiring and building relationships with new clients and intermediaries from Belgium, based in Luxembourg.

  • Contribute to the growth strategy and value proposition of the bank.
  • Conduct research to identify business opportunities with new customers.
  • Develop a growth strategy, foster, and build long-term, trustworthy customer relationships.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions to detect and/or anticipate possible commercial opportunities for customers.
  • Collaborate across business lines to develop new business leads and ensure excellent after-sales service to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Attend and coordinate events (seminars, conferences) to grow your portfolio.
  • Utilize the internal CRM to track business development activities.

Your Skills

You possess:

  • A proven track record in sales positions.
  • A strong network of private customers and financial intermediaries in Belgium.
  • An excellent knowledge of products and services typically required by Belgian private customers and financial intermediaries (Asset management, Private equity, wealth planning solutions, credit facilities).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build sustainable relationships.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • A high level of integrity and ethics.
  • A relevant University background in Finance.
  • CFA / CAIA / CISI or related financial certifications are seen as an advantage.

Your Profile

You are:

  • Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an advantage.
  • Strongly client- and results-oriented.
  • Rigorous, organized, and methodical in customer approach actions.
  • Motivated to be part of a team.
  • Willing and able to travel.
