The Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Launch Program Manager is a pivotal role within Amazon Europe Core, reporting directly to the WHS Design Construction and Startup (DCS) Manager. As the single thread leader for safe and regulatory compliant facilities and equipment, this individual will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver operational readiness.

Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional European Health and Safety Project Coordinator to spearhead our WHS initiatives. This key position involves coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance and safety standards are met. About You
  • A bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in a large-scale industrial setting.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful health and safety initiatives, including training programs and risk assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

This exciting opportunity comes with an estimated salary range between €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
