Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Our Human Resources department is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to assist the HR Director and the team in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle for our 350+ employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for talent development and performance management, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both employees and managers.

Your Role:
  • Management of all aspects of the employee lifecycle: on-boarding, mobility, performance evaluation, career development, learning & development initiatives, off-boarding;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both employees and managers, handling HR-related inquiries;
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Learning & Development plans tailored to the specific needs of different organizational units and specific individuals;
  • Contributes to the design and implementation of our people agenda and HR strategic plan;
  • Deal with individual specific issues including contact with ministries and governmental bodies;
  • Deal with disciplinary issues including managing relationship with Staff Delegation representatives;
  • Support the HR department and Executive Management in reporting activities related to analytical reports, HR KPIs, financial data, regulatory requirements, and training initiatives;
  • Administration of the annual people survey and follow up of the subsequent action plan;
  • Continuous improvement of the HRIS;
  • Participation in various HR projects in line with business requirements.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in the professional services sector;
  • Solid knowledge of Luxembourg labour law;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical skills;
  • Understand HR-related legalities, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);
  • Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality;
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
  • Rigor and autonomy;
  • Good command of an HRIS is an asset;
  • Fluency in English, any other European language is an asset.
