Human Resources Business Partner

Poste basé à Luxembourg

Le/La futur.e HRBP sera responsable de l'ensemble des sujets RH, avec un accent particulier sur la communication, les relations humaines et le développement de projets stratégiques. En tant que support direct et backup du HR Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la mise en place de processus innovants et l'accompagnement des équipes au quotidien.

  • Gestion RH globale : Couvrir l'ensemble des sujets RH en tant que partenaire stratégique et opérationnel des managers et collaborateurs, en soutenant une culture d'entreprise positive et dynamique.
  • Communication & relations humaines : Développer et entretenir une forte proximité avec les collaborateurs et les managers, en mettant en œuvre des initiatives visant à améliorer l'engagement, la satisfaction et la communication au sein de l'organisation.
  • Projets RH stratégiques : Piloter et participer à des projets variés tels que la digitalisation RH, le développement des compétences, les initiatives d'engagement et d'autres transformations organisationnelles.
  • Mise en place de processus : Élaborer et structurer des processus RH adaptés aux besoins de l'organisation, en veillant à leur efficacité, leur conformité et leur bonne acceptation par les collaborateurs.
  • Accompagnement des managers : Agir en tant que conseiller.ère de confiance pour les managers en matière de gestion des talents, de développement des équipes, et d'évolution professionnelle des collaborateurs.
  • Développement des talents : Contribuer à l'identification des besoins en formation, à la promotion de la mobilité interne, et à l'accompagnement des collaborateurs dans leurs parcours professionnels.
  • Conduite du changement : Accompagner les équipes dans les phases de changement organisationnel ou culturel, avec une approche humaine et inclusive.


Votre profil :

  • Diplôme supérieur en Ressources Humaines, Droit social ou domaine équivalent.
  • Première expérience en tant que HR Business Partner, avec une forte capacité à travailler sur des projets RH stratégiques et opérationnels.
  • Excellent sens de la communication et compétences interpersonnelles.
  • Solide maîtrise du droit du travail luxembourgeois et des bonnes pratiques RH.
  • Aptitude démontrée à mettre en place des processus RH et à travailler en mode projet.
  • Proactivité, esprit d'initiative et capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
