Job Title: Accounting and Administrative Lead

 

The Administration and Accounting Manager role requires a seasoned professional to oversee administrative activities and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities include:


- Coordinating administrative tasks to prepare periodic financial reports and annual statements.


- Ensuring invoices are correctly entered for legitimacy and contractual compliance.


- Managing administrative operations for subsidiaries, associates, and consortiums.


- Preparing and submitting tax returns, including VAT, income taxes, and withholding taxes.


- Providing timely and accurate accounting data for report preparation.


- Participating in the definition of estimated closing data and preparing financial statements.


 

Required Qualifications:


- Chartered Accountant or Business and Economics degree.


- Excellent knowledge of tax and customs regulations, civil law, and financial reporting.


- Familiarity with general accounting software and industry-specific applications.
