Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Administration and Accounting Manager to lead our administrative activities and ensure the preparation of periodic financial reports and annual consolidated financial statements.

  • Pursue objectives and supervise administrative activities in accordance with instructions from the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Coordinate all administrative and accounting activities for financial report preparation.
  • Verify incoming invoices for legitimacy, contractual compliance, and fiscal accuracy.
  • Manage administrative activities for subsidiaries, associates, and consortiums.
  • Ensure tax-related activities, including VAT, income taxes, and withholding taxes, are carried out accurately.
  • Provide accurate and timely general accounting item balances for report preparation.
  • Audit and summarize accounting data for annual and consolidated financial statements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant or Degree in Business and Economics.
  • Excellent knowledge of tax and customs regulations, civil law, and financial reporting management.
  • Familiarity with general accounting software and industry-specific software.
  • Excellent English language skills, preferably with knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish).
  • Skills in preparing financial statements and regular economic and financial progress reports.
  • Good knowledge of general and industry-specific accounting, MS Office suite.
