  • Pursuing the objectives of the Administration and Accounting Manager and supervising administrative activities within the office, in accordance with CFO instructions;">
  • Coordinating administrative and accounting activities necessary for preparing periodic financial reports and annual consolidated financial statements;">
  • Ensuring incoming invoices are correctly entered to guarantee legitimacy from a contractual and fiscal perspective, as well as compliance with contractual and payment terms and conditions;">
  • Managing administrative activities of subsidiaries, associates, and consortiums, coordinating this activity with their Administration & Finance Manager;">
  • Ensuring tax-related activities are carried out (VAT, income taxes, and withholding taxes), including preparation and submission of annual tax returns;">
  • Providing correct and timely balances of general accounting items for report preparation;">
  • Aggregating and summarizing accounting data for annual and consolidated financial statements, assessing reliability and completeness, with a view to reconciliation with the Project Control Department;">
  • Participating in financial statement preparation and definition of estimated closing data, ensuring recorded data is timely and accurate;">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant or Degree in Business and Economics;">
  • Excellent knowledge of tax and customs regulations and civil law;">
  • Good knowledge of financial reporting and management regulations;">
  • Familiarity with general accounting and industry software;">
  • Excellent knowledge of English and preferably knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish);">
  • Skills in financial statement preparation;">
  • Ability to prepare regular reports on economic and financial progress of the company;">
