Job Title: ICT Risk Management Specialist

About the Role:
As part of a specialized team, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating risk management measures related to information and communication technology (ICT) within the financial sector. This includes reviewing application files for authorization and ongoing supervision of financial entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sections related to ICT organization and risk management in application files.
  • Evaluate notifications for use of ICT third-party service providers by supervised entities.
  • Provide expertise and support to other supervisory departments in assessing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Offer advice on IT strategy, digital transformation, and ICT risk management to other departments.
  • Contribute to technological and regulatory watch in relation to new technologies and digitalization.
  • Participate in transversal analyses on topics related to ICT risk management.
  • Collaborate with national and international working groups focused on ICT and ICT risk supervision.

Your Profile:
You should have a university degree in a relevant field such as information systems audit, IT security with a finance specialization, or economics with an ICT specialization. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in either information systems auditing or ICT risk management is required. Proficiency in English is essential, and fluency in French and/or German is desirable. Additionally, you should be committed to business trips abroad and possess excellent knowledge of relevant CSSF circulars and European regulations.

Benefits:
The successful candidate will be hired as a public employee under a permanent contract, with the option to apply for civil servant status. Prior to contract conclusion, a criminal record extract must be submitted to prove conduct and integrity.
