Your next challenge:

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with BIL's comprehensive business plan
  • Organize and facilitate workshops to structure key projects with stakeholders from various levels of the organization
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and macro events to provide insightful analysis and recommendations
  • Create engaging reports, presentations, and updates for the Board and Executive Management
  • Pursue other ad-hoc projects as required

About You:

  • A strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in strategy and/or corporate finance gained at an investment bank, consulting firm, or BIG4
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
  • A team-player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Eager to learn, develop, and share expertise
  • A results-driven mindset focused on delivering high-quality results on time
