**Missions**
- Develop, monitor, track and re-evaluate project plans and priorities ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget to highest quality standards
- Assist in definition of project planning ensuring technical feasibility and communicate effectively to project team optimising project resources and timescales
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using best practice verification techniques and comprehensive project documentation
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks and escalate to management as needed
- Facilitate excellent relationships with all stakeholders including clients and internal and third party resources for flawless execution of projects
**Requirements**:
**You should hold a Master degree (engineering in mechanical or construction) with proven experience in project management. Furthermore, you are flexible and you are able to work in multidiscipline/cross-functional teams and demonstrate the following competencies:
- Successful networker and team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg economic landscape and the Circular Economy
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Pro-active behavior
- Fluency in French and Luxembourgish (written and oral) are mandatory with a good knowledge of English and German
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
