Job Description

As an Administrative Professional in our Banking & Finance department, you will play a key role in supporting our team of lawyers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting high-quality correspondence and documents, incorporating lawyer feedback to deliver polished results.
  • Handling internal calls and responding to client queries with confidence and professionalism.
  • Managing administrative tasks, such as opening client files, time recording, maintaining diaries, and organizing contact lists.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings and scheduling travel arrangements.
  • Performing general administrative duties, including filing, typing, and archiving.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience working in a law firm or similar environment.
  • A degree in secretarial studies or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English, with French and German a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
