We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our Talent Management team and support one of our faculties.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with decision-makers to develop organizational development initiatives
- Advise faculty management on HR-related topics, including interpersonal relationships, conflict resolution, staffing, and labor law
- Translate organizational needs into effective HR actions and solutions
- Ensure alignment between legal frameworks and internal policies
- Contribute to workforce planning in collaboration with decision-makers
- Facilitate change processes as a key partner in their successful implementation
- Provide guidance on HR tools, systems, and best practices to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement
- Support the implementation of HR processes and drive ongoing development
- Assume various operational tasks related to recruitment, selection, integration, training, development, and employee mobility
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment conditions through administrative actions
Your Ideal Profile
- Masters degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
- +10 years of experience in a Human Resources environment
- A first experience in a research setting is highly valued
- Advanced knowledge of HR management principles and practices
- Strong, assertive personality with excellent conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Agility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities and needs
- Diplomatic and exceptional communication skills
- Team player with a mature, collaborative approach
- Solution-oriented attitude balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals
- Ability to handle a wide range of HR topics efficiently and effectively
- Experience in an international environment is considered a significant asset
- In-depth knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law is also valued
- Excellent proficiency in English, German, and French
