We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our Talent Management team and support one of our faculties.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with decision-makers to develop organizational development initiatives
  • Advise faculty management on HR-related topics, including interpersonal relationships, conflict resolution, staffing, and labor law
  • Translate organizational needs into effective HR actions and solutions
  • Ensure alignment between legal frameworks and internal policies
  • Contribute to workforce planning in collaboration with decision-makers
  • Facilitate change processes as a key partner in their successful implementation
  • Provide guidance on HR tools, systems, and best practices to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Support the implementation of HR processes and drive ongoing development
  • Assume various operational tasks related to recruitment, selection, integration, training, development, and employee mobility
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment conditions through administrative actions

Your Ideal Profile

  • Masters degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
  • +10 years of experience in a Human Resources environment
  • A first experience in a research setting is highly valued
  • Advanced knowledge of HR management principles and practices
  • Strong, assertive personality with excellent conflict resolution and mediation skills
  • Agility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities and needs
  • Diplomatic and exceptional communication skills
  • Team player with a mature, collaborative approach
  • Solution-oriented attitude balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals
  • Ability to handle a wide range of HR topics efficiently and effectively
  • Experience in an international environment is considered a significant asset
  • In-depth knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law is also valued
  • Excellent proficiency in English, German, and French
